Refunds & Returns Policy

At Fieldcooler Africa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).


1. Returns Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included

Products returned that show signs of use, damage, or are missing packaging may be refused.


2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged

  • Defective

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing infofieldcoolers@gmail.com, including clear photos of the issue.

In these cases:

  • We will arrange a replacement or

  • Issue a full refund

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Fieldcooler Africa


3. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You may return the item within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Return courier costs will be at the customer’s expense

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period


5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method

Please note that bank processing times may vary.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be dispatched once the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Do not return items without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.
